For Standard ground shipping
Most orders are shipped out within 2 business days by the US Post Office Priority Mail (90% ship out by mail)
or UPS Ground.
Most orders will be received within 3 to 7 business days.
For UPS Next Day Air or 2ND DAY Air shipping
Orders received by 12:00 CST will ship out the same day by UPS.
UPS does not count Saturday or Sunday as shipping days.
Orders shipped out on Thursday by UPS 2ND Day Air will not be received by you until Monday.
Orders shipped out on Friday by UPS 2ND Day Air will not be received by you until Tuesday.
Orders shipped out by UPS Next Day Air on Friday will not be received by you until Monday.
UPS will not guarantee delivery time if ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS cause plane delays.

Exchanges:
(Wrong size) Send the NEW and UNUSED item back to Dogmuzzle.com within 15 days with a copy of your invoice. Please note on the invoice the correct size needed. Please includ $5.95 for postage to ship the item back to you. You will be responsible for any and all shipping charges to return the item to us.
Refunds:
We will refund the cost of items you don't want if shipped back to us within 15 days of the invoice date, any NEW and UNUSED items. Any item returned for refund after 15 days will result in a 20% restocking fee being deducted from your refund amount.
You must include a copy of your invoice. You will be responsible for any and all shipping charges to return the item(s) to us unless we shipped an incorrect or damaged item. We do not refund postage.
We can not give a refund or exchange muzzles that have been damaged or soiled by you or your dog.
